It's been a great weekend with nat, started off not so great as I was down with flu on Fri and Sat but got much better on Sunday and we brought nat to the park for her weekly dose of nature.
Gary and I have been thankful and feel very blessed with nat's development. She's been walking since one year old, although a bit unsteadily but now she's a lot more stable. We've also been reading to her, so she can recognise some words or associate certain words to certain actions.
Today, we bought some toys, cheapies really :) no need for anything too ex as she'll just lose interest after a while. She's really enjoying them, and i guess it helps stimulate some area of the brain too, right? haha ... maybe i should be more of a dutiful mummy and read up on it. Check out the cute videos and take a look at poor bear bear that has just been strewn onto the floor.

it's great she's able to sit there listening to mummy reading story to her...mine still refused to sit still for 1 minute!
